TransAtlantic Consulting is owned and managed by Richard Ruth and Veronica Ruth. Mr. Ruth is a 16 year corporate and international law attorney, small business owner, university MBA program professor and serial entrepreneur from the United States, with a residence in Norway as well. Mr. Ruth possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree (with honors) in Business & Management (with concentrations in Marketing and Psychology), and a Juris Doctorate Degree (cum laude) from Stetson University College of Law, where he won numerous awards for written and oral communications advocacy. Prior to law school, Mr. Ruth was employed as an International Marketing Analyst for a Fortune 250 mining equipment company. After law school, Mr. Ruth has managed his own law firm and served as a corporate, labor, immigration and international law attorney for many large and small business clients, and has given countless professional presentations and authored many articles and publications on subjects of legal and regulatory compliance pertinent to businesses both inside the United States and internationally. His superior oral and written communication skills has enabled Mr. Ruth to become a highly successful attorney and communications advocate for his clients. In addition to his successful law practice, Mr. Ruth also owns and manages several other successful businesses apart from law in the retail sector, and is well versed in digital and traditional marketing strategies, social media "best practices" and strategies to boost business presence and sales volume, and professional business communications necessary to establish favorable business reputation and perception. Finally, Mr. Ruth has been a professor in the MBA program at the University of North Florida for nearly 15 years, teaching various business and law related courses to adult professionals. Mr. Ruth is now combining his love of business, communications, international connections, and general burning desire for helping clients achieve lofty goals, into helping clients of TransAtlantic Consulting.
Mrs. Ruth is a successful professional accountant and business consultant located in Norway, and has professional connections to many countries in Europe, including Germany and the Czech Republic, among others. Mrs. Ruth is a US Citizen who has resided in Europe for over 20 years, and she has extensive experience in bridging the communications and business practices gap between European and American markets. Mrs. Ruth is fluent in many European languages, and her international expertise and experience is extremely valuable in assisting our European clients with their professional communication and social media management needs.
